Constant spring hanger


弹簧支吊架主要用于电厂汽水管道或锅炉设备,在运行中产生热位移及其设备装置上。根据管道受力情况计算确定的弹簧支吊架工作和热位移要求,本厂将弹簧支品架按照设计荷载进行整定:即弹簧预压并锁定冷态荷载位置上:同时标上冷态时的理论工作位置。

弹簧支吊架在出厂前制造厂进行了整定,当安装到管道和设备上后,作有关螺纹调整,将锁定销脱开,这是弹簧的实际承载就是设计所需求的冷态荷载。

整定式弹簧支吊架有两大系列和为汽轮机专业设计YZWF19型,主要是由西北电力设计院设计的T1、T2、T3、T4、T5型和华东电力设计院设计的TH1、TH2、TH3型,三系列的基本特性相同,承载力为20daN-21000daN。结构形式主要有悬吊式、支承式和并联悬品支承式。

Spring support hangers are mainly used for power plant steam and water pipelines or boiler equipment, which generate thermal displacement during operation and their equipment devices. Based on the stress situation of the pipeline, the working and thermal displacement requirements of the spring support hanger are calculated and determined. Our factory will adjust the spring support rack according to the design load: that is, the spring will be preloaded and locked at the cold load position, and the theoretical working position during cold state will be marked at the same time.

The spring support hanger is calibrated by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. After installation on pipelines and equipment, relevant thread adjustments are made to disengage the locking pin. This is the actual load-bearing capacity of the spring, which is the cold load required by the design.

There are two main series of integral spring supports and hangers, namely the YZWF19 type designed for steam turbine professionals. The T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 types designed by Northwest Electric Power Design Institute and the TH1, TH2, TH3 types designed by East China Electric Power Design Institute have the same basic characteristics and a bearing capacity of 20daN-21000daN. The main structural forms include suspension, support, and parallel suspension support.
